    sdk-docs Makefile: remove $(DL_DIR) target
    
    Because it was causing the new download of the zip through $(DL_DIR)/$(PKG_SOURCE) target
    in case the package is updated.
    
    This dir is anyway created in postinst (with another owner/group).

    Instead of having a fixed custom mirror, set google as fixed, and give possibility to enter value for custom mirror.
    BTW factorize the code since the value is used for all installer packages
