  * Add missing Rust build dependencies so cargo metadata can resolve

    - librust-gio-0.22+default-dev and librust-glib-0.22+default-dev
      for the optional gio crates. Drop relax-gio-to-0.21.patch, which
      relaxed gio/glib to a version not packaged in Debian.
    - librust-quick-xml-0.38+default-dev for the webdav transport.
