  * d/rules: Disable tests for now, they don't work under sbuild with chroot
    (buildd):
      There are issues both under chroot (buildd) and with disabling those same
      tests (triggers failures in other ones). They all run fine under sbuild
      with unshare, but we should fix this before forky is released.
