  * Refreshed existing debian patches
  * imported files optgeo.lrs and cuseurs.lrs from version 2.55 as
    those source files are missing in the current version's archive.
    Those files are copied under debian/lrs/ and a new patch declares
    their path in the file optgeo.lpr
  * replaced priority extra by optional in d/control
  * updated d/copyright
