python-pytest-cases (3.10.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Do not run pytest while building, because roughly one third of the tests
    fail when the library is not installed. Upon installing the library, all
    tests (except those forcefully skipped with patches) run ok instead in
    autopkgtest.
