  * Team upload.
  * Package vergen 8.3.2 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.4
  * Rearrange patches for easier testing.
  * Make the "git2" feature depend on the "git" feature so that the
    git2 backend for the git feature gets tested in autopkgtests.
  * Extend remove-repo-util.patch to cover the git2 backend for the git
    feature.
  * Add a patch so that the git2 backend for the git feature can be built
    with git2 0.21, while retaining compatibility with older versions.

  * Disable git2 tests that fail in the autopkgtest environment.
