  * New upstream release
  * Move debian/watch back to tracking upstream releases, excluding beta
    versions and JOSS specific versions.
  * Refresh build_no_git.diff
  * Add explicit --buildsystem=cmake in d/rules.
  * Add patch build_explicit_find_hdf5.diff to explicitly add a
      find_package( HDF5 REQUIRED COMPONENTS C HL )
    in the main CMakeLists.txt before ITK and VTK are requested.
    Without this patch, libminc loads a HDF5 configuration with a mock path, and
    afterwards ITK and VTK complain with an error like
      HDF5 was found, but a different variable was set which contains the
      location of the hdf5::hdf5 library
    when trying to replace the mock path with the actual path.
    Bug #1120574 may be related to this.
