  * debian/lintian-overrides: added, see also aephea Debian Bug#1076648 as
    well as upstream troff bug at
    https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?64594 .
  * debian/control: enhance extended description: Markdown is a thing these
    days.
  * debian/control: no longer mention Breaks/Replaces zoem-doc: that was an
    issue in the Debian releases from around 2012, we do not support direct
    upgrades to 14 (forky) from those.
  * debian/control: As of dpkg version 1.22.13, the Priority field is set
    to "optional" by default.  Drop it.  Thanks lintian.
  * debian/control: upgrade debhelper-compat in Build-Depends from
    discouraged 11 to current 13.  See debhelper-compat-upgrade-checklist(7).
