  * Team upload.
  * Drop Rules-Requires-Root: no, no more needed since Debian trixie.
  * Drop Priority: optional, no more needed since dpkg 1.22.13.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4, no changes required.
  * Replace FSF postal address with a reference to
    https://www.gnu.org/licenses/.
  * Drop the plasma-desktop dependency from plasma-widget-foreigncurrencies:
    Plasma widgets ought to not pull the whole desktop like this, and rather
    only depend on the QML modules needed.
  * Since the Plasma 6 is libraries are currently Linux-only, tweak the alkimia
    source so it builds on non-Linux platforms:
    - limit the libplasma-dev build dependency as linux-any
    - limit the qml6-module-org-kde-alkimia6 package as linux-any
    - pass -DBUILD_APPLETS=OFF to cmake on non-Linux platforms
