    fix autopkgtest by adding missing dep that provides -n
    
    Tests still fail because they require an extermal mock server, some
    javascript thing named prism, that is not packaged in Debian and
    otherwise downloaded and executed on the fly by the test suite (which
    is a violation of the Debian CI policy).
