  * Drop appstream-util package
    - This is done in preparation of the full removal of this package
      from the Debian archive. This project is no longer actively
      maintained, does not validate or process current metadata cleanly,
      and should no longer be relied on.
    - Replace any use of appstream-util with appstreamcli, the
      libappstream-glib library can be replaced with libappstream.
