  * Use URL instead of FSF postal address for GPL in debian/copyright.
  * Remove «Rules-Requires-Root: no», which is the current default.
  * Remove «Priority: optional», which is the current default.
  * Switch to debian/watch version 5.
  * Switch to Standards-Version 4.7.3 (no changes needed).
  * Remove versioned Build-Depends on dpkg-dev, satisfied since Debian trixie.
  * Remove very-long-line-length-in-source-file lintian overrides that no
    longer get emitted.
  * Add missing metadata for a patch.
  * Use an URL for Bugs-Debian field in patch instead of just the number.
