  * blender supports only 64bit since 2.90; thus simplify the packaging a bit:
    - add the architecture-is-64-bit build dependency to avoid building on
      32bit architectures
    - stop using openvdb on i386
    - drop hurd-i386 exclusions from libjemalloc-dev and libopencolorio-dev
    - stop adding -g1 to the CXXFLAGS on mipsel
    - stop forcing linking with atomic on armel m68k mipsel powerpc sh4
    - stop enabling CUDA on armhf i386
  * Drop removal of empty dirs in /usr/share/blender, as there are none
  * Drop $(INSTDIR) variable in d/rules, as it is no more used now
  * Drop dh_missing override, as it does the same as debhelper in compat 13
