    d/rules: exclude build flags to enable frame pointers
    
    With frame pointers enabled, the inline asm code cannot use rbp, because
    it is used for the frame pointer. Ubuntu enables frame pointers by default
    on some arches, so explicitly exclude them. (LP: #2098027)
