  * New upstream release
  * Update to debhelper-compat 14
    - Also drop references to ${misc:Depends}; no longer necessary.
  * Add elpa-postframe to B-D for tests
  * Use dh_elpa_test for tests
    - Now company-mode depends on posframe, it's better to let dh_elpa_test to
      handle dependencies.
    - Try to match upstream Makefile behavior to load only necessary files to
      avoid duplicated definitions.
    - Also skip "company-files-candidates-normal" test which check for files
      that we have to exclude.
  * Drop obsolete lintian overrides that newer lintian supports
  * Add d/gbp.conf to match the current practice
