  * New upstream version 3.11.0+ds.
  * d/watch:
    + switch to uscan version 5.
    + preserve the +ds suffix when repacking.
  * d/control: bump std-ver to 4.7.4 (no changes required).
  * d/patches: fix CMake package metadata and avoid enabling experimental
    import std support for non-module builds, also fixing the reproducible-
    builds FTBFS with CMake 4.3 (closes: #1131559, #1134274).
