  * New upstream release.
    - as it embeds pugixml:
      - Adding libpugixml-dev to B-D
      - Remove pubixml via d/clean
      - Add pugixml's license information to d/copyright
      - Add patch so that the build system and code will use the packaged one.
      - Drop B-D on libxml2-dev, no longer needed.
  * Rerrange license section in d/copyright and update years.
