  * New upstream release.
  * Remove patch configure.ac-add-neon-version-0.37.patch (upstream
    stopped specifying hardcoded neon versions).
  * Remove patch reinstate-sed-gzip.patch (repaired upstream).
  * d/rules : override dh_autoreconf to create m4 directory expected by
    aclocal (Closes: #1135914) and create manpages translations.
  * Removed d/s/include-binaries and d/s/options : upstream stopped
    distributing generated files.
