  * Replace deprecated `cp` option `no-clobber` with equivalent `update=none`

    When building for Ubuntu, use the *-proposed pocket by default
    
    All uploads that target Ubuntu directly will first to into the *-proposed
    pocket, and need to build there properly. Only after builds and autopkgtest
    pass in *-proposed will they migrate to the actual Ubuntu release.
