  * Team upload.
  * Acknowledge NMU 5.8.0.46-3.1 by Adrian Bunk; merge its changelog
    entry so that BTS version tracking sees #1141353 as fixed.
  * debian/control: Depend on libv4l-0t64 instead of libv4l-0. The t64
    package only Provides the old name on 64-bit architectures, which
    made the package uninstallable on armhf. Also add the other
    libraries that the bundled libcam loads with dlopen() and that
    shlibdeps cannot see: libudev1 and libusb-1.0-0.
