  * debian/control:
      - Bumped Standards-Version to 4.7.2.
      - Changed Build-Depends field from obsolete package (libncurses5-dev) to
        libncurses-dev.
      - Rules-Requires-Root field removed. Since is now set to "no" by default,
        as such the field was redundant.
  * debian/copyright:
      - Added Adrian Bunk in packaging block.
      - Updated packaging years.
  * debian/watch: converted to version 5.
