  * Drop DLG_SYSTEM_NAME line from dlg_config.h, as libdialog-dev
    is "Multi-Arch: same" but the file was not identical across
    all architectures. Thanks to Helmut Grohne and Thomas Dickey.
    Closes: #1133812.
  * Disable redundant/duplicate jobs in salsa-ci.yml.
  * Update standards-version.
