  * Packaging update
  * Standards-Version: 4.7.4 (routine-update)
  * Upgrade upstream signing key to new packet format.
  * Add minimal d/upstream/metadata
  * Update d/watch to v5
  * Drop python3-dijitso.lintian-overrides. The two ignores it contains, namely
    application-in-library-section and library-package-name-for-application, are
    probably ancient and result now in a alien-tag lintian error.
  * Remove debian/upstream/signing-key.asc: orig tarballs are now manually
    prepared from the git repository, since upstream will not release any new
    version.
  * Remove redundant Priority field from d/control
  * Run debci over all python versions
