  * Remove deprecated dpkg-hold, dpkg-unhold, dpkg-purge, dpkg-remove commands.
  * Switch from grep-available to «dpkg --print-avail». Closes: #1116965
  * Packaging:
    - Remove «Rules-Requires-Root: no», which is the current default.
    - Remove «Priority: optional», which is the current default.
    - Swap Vcs-Browser and Vcs-Git URLs.
    - Use balanced quotes in postinst error message.
    - Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.2 (no changes needed).
    - Remove no longer needed remove-on-upgrade entry from conffiles.
