  * Packaging:
    - Remove «Rules-Requires-Root: no», which is the current default.
    - Remove «Priority: optional», which is the current default.
    - Remove build dependency on debhelper (>= 13.10).
    - Remove versioned Depends on dpkg, satisfied since Debian bullseye.
    - Remove now unused bin-sbin-mismatch lintian override.
    - Switch to Standards-Version 4.7.4 (no changes needed).
    - Update copyright years.
