    Demote calf-plugins to Recommends following lsp-plugins
    
    calf hasn't seen a proper release in over 5 years and activity has
    only recently begun surfacing. Regardless, its mere presence causes
    applications such as Ardour and Audacity to crash. Furhermore, it is
    no longer needed in order for EasyEffects to operate as, per upstream,
    it's an optional dependency and "usage was replaced by native PipeWire
    filters."
