  * New upstream version 9.08.1.
  * Update debian/watch to version 5 format with repacksuffix=+dfsg.

  * Refresh build.patch for new upstream build.xml.

    - Drop libjava3d-java from Build-Depends; drop j3d jars from CLASSPATH.
  * Lintian fixes:
    - Delete orphaned 02-java17.patch file.
    - Use https URI in debian/watch.
    - Replace full GNU keyring with minimal key for Steven Rubin only.
    - Drop redundant Priority: optional from debian/control.
    - Add debian/upstream/metadata.
    - Install jar via jh_installlibs (electric.jlibs) for versioned naming.
    - Add Forwarded: field to java9.patch.
  * Drop jython: it is an optional scripting plugin loaded reflectively,
    and jython has been RC buggy in Debian. Removes jython from
    Build-Depends, build classpath, CLASSPATH in rules, and wrapper
    script. (Closes: #877336)
  * Fix wrapper script: use find_java_runtime default instead of the
    obsolete java7; drop stale j3d jar references (vecmath, j3dcore,
    j3dutils) no longer used since the j3d plugin was excluded.
  * Add upstream svn repo instructions in d/README.source
