  * Add the lib/elixir/scripts directory to the autopkgtest code, which
    was introduced in elixir-lang 1.19.
  * Switch to a non-root user to actually run tests, use root only for
    copying test files into /usr/lib/elixir/lib.
  * Increase timeouts for the code test module to help building/testing
    on riscv64.
