emacsql (4.4.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Update to new upstream version 4.4.1.
  * Drop setting DEB_UPSTREAM_VERSION in d/rules
    - Upstream now sets Package-Version in emacsql.el so this is no longer
      needed.
  * Skip running upstream Makefile in d/rules
    - Upstream Makefile generates autoloads.el, which could cause a race
      during debrebuild in Salsa CI.
    - Rely on dh-elpa to do the right thing.
