fcml (1.3.0-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Build-depend on libgvplugin-pango to allow building with graphviz
    14+. Closes: #1122411. Thanks to László Böszörményi (GCS) for the
    fix!
  * Look for libjava.so to find any installed JRE.
  * Drop “Rules-Requires-Root: no” since it’s now the default.
  * Remove the old FSF address from debian/copyright.
  * Drop the obsolete Lintian override for the t64 suffix.
  * Standards-Version 4.7.2, no further change required.
