flufl.testing (0.8-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * d/control: Drop the obsolete dependency on python3-pkg-resources.
    Nothing in the package imports pkg_resources: the only use was the
    flufl/__init__.py namespace stub, which dh_python3 strips in favour
    of a PEP 420 native namespace package. (Closes: #1083401)
  * d/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4, no further changes
    needed.
  * d/control: Drop Priority and Rules-Requires-Root, both now dpkg
    defaults.
  * d/watch: Convert to version 5, using the Pypi template.
  * d/gbp.conf: Add.
  * d/salsa-ci.yml: Add, disabling the arch-any, arch-all and blhc jobs,
    none of which apply to an Architecture: all pure Python package.
  * d/copyright: Correct the upstream copyright years to 2013-2018 per
    LICENSE.txt, and point Source at the canonical https PyPI URL.
  * d/control: Bump debhelper-compat to 14.
  * d/rules: Pass --without single-binary. pybuild installs into the
    binary package directly, so the compat 14 fallback is not needed;
    this also silences the deprecation warning and is already correct
    for compat 15.
  * d/control: Add myself to Uploaders.
