    This was previously pulled in by libsoup2.4-dev, but we're going to
    replace that with libsoup-3-dev.

    d/p/download-port-from-libsoup2.4-to-libsoup3.patch:
    Add patches to convert gmpc's internal downloader abstraction to
    libsoup 3 (Closes: #1073951)
  * d/salsa-ci.yml: Use recommended recipe
