  * debian: Build with gtk4-rs 0.10 (Closes: #1115768)
  * d/patches: fix typos and add "Forwarded: not-needed" where relevant

    The former doesn't require any additional change, and the latter is now
    redundant with the current default.
  * d/watch: update to version 5

    reprotest is disabled in the default pipeline now
    and the new debrebuild job passes
