  * debian/patches/gpbs-ignore-SIGCHLD.patch: Delete; no longer needed.
  * debian/patches/gcc-15.patch: Mark as applied upstream.
  * debian/templates/control.m4 (Rules-Requires-Root): Remove; redundant.
    (Provides): Let every backend provide a versionless virtual package so
    that packages that only work with the cairo backend can declare an
    explicit dependency and packages using the headless backend for tests
    can test-depend on gnustep-back-headless.
  * debian/control: Regenerate.
  * debian/watch: Upgrade to version 5.
