  * debian/patches/menu-transient-for.patch: New; make the main menu
    window transient for the app's main window.  This fixes some
    longstanding annoyances and wicked behavior as reported upstream at
    https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnustep/2025-11/msg00000.html.
  * debian/patches/cross.patch: New; fix FTCBFS.
  * debian/templates/control.m4 (Build-Depends): Switch to dh compat 14.
    (Depends): Remove ${misc:Depends} and ${shlibs:Depends}.
    (Priority): Remove; redundant.
    (Standards-Version): Claim compliance with 4.7.4.
  * debian/control: Regenerate.
  * debian/rules (override_dh_auto_build, override_dh_auto_install): Avoid
    SERIAL_SUBDIRECTORIES as it breaks the cross build.
  * debian/salsa-ci.yml: New file; test the cross profile.
  * debian/copyright: Update copyright years.
