      - linux/client_test.go TestEncrypt,TestDecrypt requires softhsm
      - internal/signer/linux/pkcs11/pkcs11_test.go TestCredLinux,
        TestEncrypt,TestDecrypt fails with
        C_Initialize() CKR_GENERAL_ERROR
  * drop redundant debian/clean
