debian/gbp.conf: drop import filter to maintain dgit and tag2upload compatibility
The filter setting '.git*' excludes files and directories matching that pattern
(such as '.github/') when importing upstream tarballs with gbp import-orig.
This creates a divergence between the Git branch (which lacks .github/) and
the archive's orig tarball (which contains it). Tools like dgit and tag2upload
(git-debpush) enforce strict tree parity between git HEAD and the unpacked
orig tarball outside debian/. When files present in the orig tarball are missing
from Git, source package generation fails with:
dgit: error: --quilt=gbp specified, implying patches-unapplied git tree
but git tree differs from orig in upstream files.
Dropping the filter ensures future upstream imports retain all upstream files,
preserving full tree compatibility with dgit and tag2upload.
