  * New upstream release.
  * Remove «Rules-Requires-Root: no», which is now the default.

  * Switch to debian/watch format version 5.
  * Remove --buildsystem=golang implicit since dh 13.4.
  * Skip TestGoroutineLeak tests as they fail due to missing mongodb server.
