  * Run wrap-and-sort -ast.
  * debian/gbp.conf: New file.
  * debian/control (Build-Depends): Add gnustep-make (>= 2.9.2-2) for

    (Standards-Version): Bump to 4.7.0; no changes needed.
  * debian/rules (override_dh_link): Rename as...
    (execute_before_dh_link): ...and run dh_gnustep --app.
  * debian/patches/no-shadow-ivars.patch: New; avoid shadowing of ivars by
    local variables (from upstream).

  * debian/patches/utf8-help.patch: New; fix lintian W: national-encoding.
  * debian/copyright: Add Upstream-Contact; update copyright years.  Add
    new stanza for GNUstep.h (LGPL-2+).
