d/control.head.in: set XS-Autobuild: yes
From https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/pkgs.en.html#marking-non-free-packages-as-auto-buildable
It is preferable for Debian buildds to build this package reproducibly,
and I see nothing in the licensing described in debian/copyright that
would prevent us from doing so.

d/gbp.conf: fix debian-branch key
AFAICT, there is no branch key, but there is a debian-branch key, so use
that instead. This stops eg. `gbp tag` complaining about needing
--git-debian-branch even when on the trunk branch locally.
