    Combine 0002-Fix-missing-lapack-blas.patch and 0009-use-generic-blas-and-lapack.patch
    
    The change to use generic BLAS is a bit of a regresssion from bayle's
    patch that supports 64-bit versions of the libraries, but IMO we should
    just handle that in the proper upstream way (or provide changes such
    that it can be handled in this way).
