  * client-ext/misc: hardcode LC_ALL=C to fix Perl warnings in subchecks
    if locale settings are uncommon.
  * Replace all occurrences of xymon.org with xymon.com. Upstream
    cancelled the .org domain.
  * Bump copyright years where appropriate.
  * client-ext/temp:
    + Properly recognize block devices with a label file.
    + Make "nvme" a separate type besides "disk".
    + Support monitoring lower temperature thresholds (temp*_min).

    This file can have values down to 0K i.e. -273.15℃.
