  * New upstream version 2.0.2. (Closes: #1078790, #1121116)
  * debian/control:
      - Bumped debhelper compat level to 14. The dh_auto_install destdir is
        now set explicitly and the single-binary add-on is disabled.
      - Bumped Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
      - Removed the Pre-Depends and Depends fields. debhelper 14 handles
        the dependencies automatically.
      - Removed the redundant Priority field.
  * debian/copyright: added the new upstream contributor. Updated upstream
    and packaging copyright years.
  * debian/install: added a native NetworkManager dispatcher script to
    restart htpdate when an interface comes up. (Closes: #1054050)
  * debian/lintian-overrides: added to override the executable-in-usr-lib
    warning. The directory is required by NetworkManager.
  * debian/patches/0001-Hardening-Makefile.patch: updated for the new upstream
    Makefile.
  * debian/patches/0002-Build-https-enabled-variant.patch: updated for the new
    upstream Makefile.
  * debian/patches/0004-fix-groff-warning-in-manpage.patch: added to remove
    the undefined IX macro from the manpage.
  * debian/rules: skipped the smoke test when cross-compiling. The built
    binary cannot run on the build machine.
  * debian/service: replaced the deprecated InaccessibleDirectories,
    ReadOnlyDirectories and ReadWriteDirectories directives with their
    InaccessiblePaths, ReadOnlyPaths and ReadWritePaths counterparts.
  * debian/source/lintian-overrides: added to override the OpenPGP
    signature check. Upstream does not sign the releases.
  * debian/watch: updated to use the new upstream repository.
