  * New upstream release.
  * Use the system version of hidapi, instead of the embedded copy:
    - add the libhidapi-dev build dependency
    - pass -DINDI_SYSTEM_HIDAPILIB=ON to cmake
    - exclude 'libs/hid' (the embedded copy) when repacking
    - use pkg-config to look for it, rather than relying on its CMake config
      file (currently unavailable in Debian); patch cmake-hidapi-pkgconfig.diff
  * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
    - add libudev-dev
  * Update the patches:
    - cmake-httplib-pkgconfig.diff: refresh
