  * New patch limit_getfdcount: limit the maximum number of usable file
    descriptors to prevent innd from exploding because of the static
    allocation of its data structures.
    If more than 1024 are actually needed then the local administrator
    can just set a reasonable limit for the process.
  * Depend on cron | cron-daemon.
