  * Team upload.
  * New upstream release.
  * Remove redundant Priority: optional from source stanza.
  * Upgrade upstream signing key to new packet format.
  * Update standards version to 4.7.4, no changes needed.
  * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
    - bump cmake to 3.27
    - bump libkitinerary-dev to 26.04.0
  * Replace the dbus-test test build dependency with dbus-daemon, which is
    enough.
  * Remove the flaky tests handling, as it was limited to mips64el, which was
    discontinued.
  * Disable QML Ahead-Of-Time (AOT) compilation with qmlcachegen as it
    does not produce deterministic results.
  * CI: disable build on i386, as it depends on kitinerary which is not
    buildable on that architecture.
  * Disable the test cases that require networking; patch
    tests-disable-networking.diff.
  * Add more QML overrides for included modules.
  * There are no more shared libraries, so drop the lintian overrides, and
    ldconfig triggers.
  * Bump the debhelper compatibility to 14:
    - bump the debhelper-compat build dependency to 14
    - drop the ${shlibs:Depends}, ${qml6:Depends}, and ${misc:Depends} substvars
    - add the dh-sequence-single-binary build dependency, as there is only
      a single binary
  * Drop the org.kde.pkpass QML override, and the manual
    qml6-module-org-kde-pkpass dependency.
  * Stop disabling the itinerary-self-test test, as it should work fine now;
    drop patch disable_self_test.diff.
  * Minor update to copyright.
