      start-stop-daemon directly and kannel-bearerbox-waiter to wait for
      bearerbox readiness.
    - Split init scripts into one per daemon.
    - Preserve the previous service disabled states from the default file.

  * Remove unused lintian source overrides.
  * Fix python shebang and Suggests to use python3 for contrib scripts.
  * Give patches more descriptive names and remove numbered prefixes.
