  * Team upload.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.0, no changes required.
  * Fix libkf5kcmutils-bin.install to specify only the directory as destination,
    as what is specified otherwise as filename will be created as directory
    instead; AFAICT this is the intended behaviour, and somehow it must have
    worked differently by chance in the past.
  * Modernize the building more:
    - add the dh-sequence-pkgkde-symbolshelper build dependency to use the
      pkgkde_symbolshelper automatically, removing pkg-kde-tools
    - drop the manually specified pkgkde_symbolshelper addon for dh
