  * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
    - bump cmake to 3.16
    - bump extra-cmake-modules and KF packages to 6.0.0
  * Drop the pkg-kde-tools build dependency, replaced by dh-sequence-kf6.
  * Remove no more needed override_dh_auto_configure, as there is nothing more
    to add as cmake arguments.
  * CI: update/simplify configuration.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4, no changes required.
  * Upgrade upstream signing key to new packet format.
  * Bump the debhelper compatibility to 14:
    - bump the debhelper-compat build dependency to 14
    - drop the ${shlibs:Depends}, and ${misc:Depends} substvars
    - add the dh-sequence-single-binary build dependency, as there is only
      a single binary
