    d/rules: switch sed separator for LDFLAGS to cope with dpkg (LP: #2138222)
    
    In Ubuntu since 1.22.21ubuntu6 (see LP #2071468), dpkg set --package-metadata
    directly in LDFLAGS. The strings passed with --package-metadata contain
    percent-encoded URLs, which breaks the use of % as a sed separator.
