  * Team upload
  * Have libheif-dev depend on libbrotli-dev as required by the
    pkgconfig file.
  * Demote libheif-plugin-libde265 from Depends to Suggests on Ubuntu
    to avoid possible patent concerns.
  * d/rules: Fix substvar assignment syntax for libheif:Suggests and
    libheif:Recommends (colon was used instead of equals sign, causing
    the variables to expand to empty strings)
